The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office wanted to streamline the process of managing abandoned vehicles and and holding public auctions. We created an all-in-one solution for managing vehicles, public bidding, and custodian communication.
Purchasing Suite
Client: Kent County Purchasing Department
This sophisticated purchasing management software streamlines multiple complex processes such as requisitions, vendor registration, reverse auction, and travel requests. Kent County saw a substantial increase in the number of bid responses and significant cost savings after implementing this custom solution. The successful impact of our software contributed to the Purchasing Department receiving the MPPOA Agency of the Year award.

Client: Ottawa County, MI
Custom solution for tracking and managing various requests such as subpoenas and mental health pickups. Ottawa County processes thousands of requests every month by hand–a process that involves multiple departments and agencies. The client saw substantial relief with a properly streamlined process.
Law Enforcement Personnel Scheduling
Client: Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office
A web application especially built for the challenge of scheduling law enforcement personnel to the variety of shifts that span 24 hours, 7 days a week. Officers login to view department schedules and request time off. Administrators use the schedule builder to create assignments to locations or cars.
